1 on 1 Personal Training

Have you recently purchased an indoor rowing machine and would like to learn how to use it the most effective and efficient way? Do you want to better understand how to use the rower at your gym to be more effective during the WOD? This is a 1 to 2 hour course to learn  the fundamental foundation movements of the rowing stroke, best for overall wellness. 

The only catch is that I don't have my own rowing studio. If you don't have a place to meet, I will arrange a space at a facility that I have a relationship with. Prices will vary depending on the facility's rates. Ask about the Fishhawk West Lake House rates, exclusive to Fishhawk West residents only.

2 on 1 Personal Training

Same as the 1 on 1 Personal Training, but you bring a friend. 

Group Instruction

Same as 1 on 1 Personal Training with all of your friends. The more people in the group, the better per person cost is. Save money with more people. This is typical for families or for gyms who would like to arrange a Fundamentals of Rowing Foundations Clinic. 

Remote Personal Training

Do you live far from civilization and want a 1 on 1 Personal Training session? Remote Personal Training is the same with live stream video feed. Lights, camera, action! We Facetime or Skype in our separate rowing spaces anywhere in the world. You use your indoor rowing machine, I use my machine. 

Video Tutorials (coming soon)

I will be recording the 1 on 1 Personal Training session and including row along rowing sessions for you to practice on your own at home or at the gym. Watch the video series over and over again at your own pace depending on your busy schedule. Part of the tutorial is for you to make a short 1 minute video of yourself rowing, send it to me to give you pointers to make sure you’re rowing the most effective and efficient way.
